At Cyber SkillSphere Private Limited (hereinafter ” Techज्ञान” / “we” / “our” / “us”), we value the trust of our customers (“Customer(s)” / “you” / “your” / “Subscriber(s)” / “Student(s)”) and wish to inform you that by purchasing any of Techज्ञान’s Courses or Services (hereinafter referred to as “Service(s)”), you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms outlined herein.

NO REFUND POLICY

Techज्ञान follows a strict No Refund policy for all its online and offline courses, training programs, and services. We strongly advise students to carefully review the course details, Terms & Conditions, and pricing before making a payment, as refunds shall not be granted under any circumstances.

Your access to or use of the Service(s) shall be governed by the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy available on our website. By purchasing any Service(s), you explicitly agree to this policy.

IMPORTANT REFUND TERMS:

• No Refund for Any Purchases:
  – Once payment is made for any Course(s) / Service(s), no refund requests will be entertained for any reason whatsoever.
  – This applies to all regular enrolments, limited-time offers, bundle offers, promotional discounts, and special pricing plans.
• No Refunds for Offline Training Programs:
  – If you have registered for any offline (in-person) training, workshops, or classroom-based courses, the fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  – No refund shall be given in case of non-attendance, incomplete participation, or personal inability to join the course.
• No Refunds for Partial Course Usage:
  – Refunds shall not be granted if you have accessed or partially completed any portion of the Course(s) / Service(s).
  – The responsibility to ensure compatibility with the platform lies solely with the Student before purchasing the Service(s).
• No Refunds for Technical Issues:
  – In case of platform downtime, technical glitches, or login/access issues, Techज्ञान shall make best efforts to resolve them. However, no refunds shall be issued on these grounds.
• No Refunds for EMI/Instalment Payments:
  – If you have availed financing or an EMI plan for purchasing Course(s) / Service(s), refunds shall not be processed, either partially or fully.
  – Any disputes related to EMIs must be handled directly with your lender/financing partner.
• Course Transfers & Substitutions:
  – Refunds shall not be granted for changing your mind after purchase. However, at our discretion, we may allow students to transfer enrolment to another course or batch subject to availability and internal policies.
• No Refunds Due to Breach of Terms & Conditions:
  – If your access to any Course(s) / Service(s) is terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refund shall be provided.
  – Techज्ञान’s decision in such cases shall be final and binding.
• No Refunds in Force Majeure Events:
  – In case of discontinuation of any course due to force majeure events (acts of God, government regulations, unforeseen external circumstances), Techज्ञान is not liable to provide refunds or any additional services in lieu of the discontinued course.
• GST Credit Note & Commercial Credit Note:
  – If applicable, a GST credit note shall be issued upon cancellation of any course within the prescribed timelines under Indian tax laws.
  – If cancellation is requested after this timeline, a commercial credit note may be issued upon formal request. No refunds shall be processed in either case.
• No Refunds for International Students & Currency Conversion Issues:
  – If you are an international student, refunds shall not be processed under any circumstances.
  – Any losses due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, international transfer fees, or payment gateway charges shall be borne by the student.
• Refund Processing & Liability Disclaimer:
  – If, in exceptional cases, a refund is approved at Techज्ञान’s sole discretion, the refund shall be processed within 45 days via the original payment method.
  – If the original payment instrument/account is inactive, you must provide a valid bank account for processing the refund. TechGyan shall not be liable for incorrect bank details provided by you.
• Policy Modifications:
  – Techज्ञान reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version shall always be available on our website.

By making a payment and enrolling in any Course(s) / Service(s) offered by Techज्ञान, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the terms stated in this No Refund Policy and undertake not to dispute or raise claims beyond the scope of this document.
